Once a knot in the bracelet comes loose, the bracelet is of course not broken. It is a fabric strap that can sometimes come loose during daily wear.
Using a special sail knot technique, it can be easily knotted and restored by yourself.

The knots might become loosened or could open by wearing and moving. Please tighten the knots regulary in order that you do not lose the bracelet.
5 steps to order at GLANZWEAR!
Only a few steps are necessary to place your order at GLANZWEAR! We have tried to make the ordering process at GLANZWEAR as easy as possible.
Step 1: Select goods
On the website of GLANZWEAR you can select products from our offered assortment and collect them via the button “add to cart” non-binding in a virtual shopping cart, which you can view at any time via the link “shopping cart“.
Step 2: Order and individual steps until the contract is concluded
Your shopping cart:
You can delete the selected products in the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Delete” or change the number of a selected product by clicking on a corresponding number. If you are satisfied with your selection, please click on the button “checkout“.
Your personal information:
So that we know where to send the goods we now need your contact details. If you already have a customer account with us click on the link “register here” then enter your e-mail address and your personal password and click on the “login” button. If you do not have a customer account with us yet please enter the required data in the fields.
Your shipping and delivery address:
In the field “Name & Address” you can see to which address the parcel will be sent and the amount of the shipping costs can be seen in the field “delivery type“. By clicking on the link “send to this address” you can enter a new address.
In the field “payment type” you can choose how you want to pay. An overview of the possibilities can be found below the field. In order to proceed with the order you must confirm our terms and conditions.
Check and submit:
Check your entered data for correctness one last time. You can correct or change your order data by clicking on the appropriate field. By clicking on the button “buy” you make a binding offer for the articles contained in the shopping cart.
Step 3: Confirmation of your order
You will then receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt by e-mail which shows your personal order once more. This e-mail is only for your information that we have received your order.
Step 4: Conclusion of contract
When a contract between you and GLANZWEAR becomes effective depends on the type of payment you choose. For details please see our consumer and customer information.
Step 5: Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days from Monday to Saturday. Orders abroad need longer. The products are accompanied by all important documents such as operating manuals, additional documents and of course the VAT invoice which you will receive by e-mail.
As your order will immediately be forwarded to the warehouse for picking up adding more items is generally not possible unfortunately.
No, we have no minimum order value on our deliveries.
No, unfortunately we can only supply you with the articles in the versions that we offer in the shop. Special orders are unfortunately not feasible for us.

We cannot make any changes to the payment methods unfortunately. If you have made a mistake in the order please contact us and re-order if necessary.
No, for process reasons this is unfortunately not possible.
SHIPPING & TRANSPORT
In cooperation with Deutsche Post (German Post) & DHL with their Partners in your country, we offer the following shipping options:
- DHL Paket
All items which are sent via Deutsche Post (German Post) or DHL are insured with transport insurance. We bear the costs and you will not be charged any additional costs.
The transport insurance cover all damages and losses until acceptance of the goods. We ensure that you receive an undamaged package. If damages occur, we will replace it right away.
Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post (German Post) or DHL and a forwarding company. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as the package is dispatched. You can see the status of your order in your customer login.
We always strive for the goods to be shipped fast. Orders received before 2 pm will be shipped the same day (warehouse goods shipped within Germany).
Unfortunately, our shipping service providers have no influence on the exact delivery time.
We are very sorry you are not satisfied. However, you may exercise your right of revocation. Please contact us in the case of warranty or guarantee claims.
Please send the goods back to us in full in their original packaging including all papers (invoices, etc.). The goods must be in a new condition and must not be damaged. Please also use suitable packaging to protect the items from damage during transport.
You have a warranty period of 24 months for the products. Damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
Please use the Warranty Form, which will be forwarded to our customer service. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
